In Person

Our Box Office is staffed by volunteers and we always try to have cover between 11am and 3pm Tuesday to Saturday.

By Phone

Telephone bookings can be made between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday. An answer phone is available on this line. Please leave your name and contact number and we will return your call. Our Box Office number is 01736 365520.

On-line

Our on-line ticket agent is Cornish Riviera Box Office based at the Cornish Riviera Tourist Information Centre, St Austell. Please click the link at the bottom of the event details. You will be taken to an external site. This is a secure site and only your contact details will be passed on to us. You can request to have tickets posted to you - these will be Cornish Riviera tickets alternatively you can request to have a confirmation texted to you and your tickets will be waiting for you at the venue. If you have any queries regarding your on-line booking please contact our box office on 01736 365520 and we will help you.

By Post

Please complete a Postal Booking Form and make cheques payable to Cornwall Theatre Company Ltd.

Alternatively, we have a post box located on the wall at the bottom of the stairs on the left side of the building.

Booking Fee

To contribute to the running cost of the venue there is a booking fee of £1 per booking (not per ticket) - whether you book in person, by phone, by post or on the net.

Refunds & Re-sales

A refund will only be given if an event has been cancelled or postponed. We are happy to try and sell your ticket once the event has sold out. There will be a 50p per ticket charge for this service. We cannot guarantee that we can sell on your ticket.

Concessions & Group bookings

Concession rates are available to the following: under 16s, unwaged, students and over 60s. Proof of eligibility will be required.

The Acorn Arts Centre offers a group booking discount of one free ticket per 10 purchased.

Reservations

We are happy to reserve tickets for Acorn Arts Centre promotions for up to three working days. Tickets will be released if not purchased within this time. Unfortunately reservations cannot be made within ten days of the performance as full payment is required.

Reservation guidelines may vary for other events at the Acorn Arts Centre; please confirm when booking.

A Night Less Ordinary 

• Tickets will allocated on a first come first serve basis.
• The Acorn Arts Centre reserves the right to restrict the number of tickets available to individual shows
  
• The Acorn retains the right to ration supplies to individuals who come to more than two shows per season to allow us to give everyone a chance to try The Acorn for free.
• The Acorn retains the right to refuse to issue future free tickets to young people who have booked and subsequently miss an event.
• Tickets not collected 15mins before the start of the show will be released
• Proof of Age will be required when collecting tickets
• Generally, a young person can request up to six tickets for a show however this may vary depending on the number of tickets available. Proof of age will be required for all group members before tickets are released.
